Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken soup
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoonful ginger
- pepper to taste
- 1 and 1/2 pounds pound boneless pork loin cut into 1 into cubes
- 1 big Onion cut into 1 into cubes
- 1 Red pepper cut into 1 into cubes
- 1 orange pepper cut into 1 into cubes
- 8 oz pineapple candy exhausted
- 3 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- top with green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine coconut sugar, ½ cup chicken broth, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, tomato paste, ginger, and salt and pepper, pork, onion, bell peppers, and pineapple in a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 7 hours.
- When timer goes off, whisk together cornstarch and ⅓ cup chicken broth until cornstarch dissolves. Add to the crock pot and stir. Set crock pot to high heat and cook for last 30 minutes.
- Serve with jasmine rice, cooked according to the package.
- Optional: top with green onions and sesame seeds.
