Savoury vegetable and cheese tart: the result is sure to impress!
INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
3 green peppers
2 green onions
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
100 g/2/3 cup feta cheese
100 ml oil
150 ml milk
400 g/2.5 cups flour
20 g baking powder
grated cheese
METHOD
Chop potatoes, tomatoes, green chillies and green onions.
Beat 4 eggs, season with salt and add all the chopped vegetables.
Add cheese, milk, butter, flour and baking powder.
Mix well. Pour mixture into a saucepan and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 35 minutes.
These are eaten and I get a crumb; they never survive a minute out of the oven.
