1 pound of lean ground beef.
1 yellow onion, finely diced.
1 chopped green pepper.
1/2 tsp. of salt.
1 tbsp. of cornstarch.
1 cup of beef broth.
1/4 cup of A.1. Sauce.
1 tsp. of steak seasoning.
Provolone cheese: sliced.
Hamburger buns or sliders
Directions:
Step 1
To begin, cook, then crumble the ground beef, green pepper, onion, and salt in a frying pan until the beef is no longer pink, then, drain.
Step 2
Add the cornstarch to the cooked ground beef, stirring until the meat is coated. Pour in the beef broth, A.1. sauce, and steak seasoning, then blend the substances collectively and produce the combination to a boil.
Step 3
Simmer for 10 minutes on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. The mixture thickens off the heat.
Step 4
During meat simmering, butter the buns and place them on a cookie sheet. Broil briefly, monitoring closely to avoid burning.
Step 5
Once the meat is cooked, spoon it onto the bottom buns. Add provolone cheese on top buns. Broil briefly to melt the cheese.
