
Step 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or so, until thickened.

Whisk in strawberry jelly. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Step 4. Cut the strawberries into small pieces, I prefer cutting them in half.
Step 5. Add strawberries to the cooled pie crust, then pour over the strawberry jelly mixture.
Step 6. Refrigerate for a few hours until set.
