3 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic.
2 and a half cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, divided.
1 and one-third cups Milk.
3 large Eggs.
3/4 cup Biscuit or Baking Mix.
3/4 tsp Rubbed Sage.
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper.
Instructions:
Step 1
First, brown the pork sausage in a skillet, add garlic, cook briefly, drain, mix with 2 cups of cheese, then transfer to a greased 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Step 2
Then, whisk together milk, eggs, biscuit mix, sage, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour this mixture over the sausage mixture.
Step 3
After that, place in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
