Preheat oven to 425°F. While it’s preheating, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape mixture into small ball shapes, about 1 tbsp in size. Arrange meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
Bake meatballs for about 15-20 minutes or until outside is nicely golden and fully cooked on the inside. Enjoy!
