• 500 grams.Of your favorite steak cut, thinly sliced.
• 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin rounds.
• 1 medium sliced onion.
• 4 to 6 garlic cloves, minced.
• 1 Tbsp.Of fresh rosemary leaves, chopped.
• 1 Tbsp.Of fresh thyme leaves.
• Salt and pepper, to taste.
• 2 Tbsp.Of olive oil.
• 2 Tbsp.Of butter.
• Optional: Sliced bell peppers or mushrooms for added flavor and variety.
•Heavy-duty aluminum foil.
INSTRUCTIONS:Â
1st Step
Prepare a grill for medium-high heat if cooking outside. Indoors, set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Heavy-duty aluminum foil should be cut into four pieces of approximately 12 by 18 inches each. Spread out the foil sheets in a single layer.
2nd StepÂ
Put some sliced potatoes in the middle of each piece of foil, then sprinkle some sliced steak on top of the potatoes.
3rd StepÂ
Spread some sliced onions over the meat. The contents of each package should be seasoned with minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Spread the sliced bell peppers or mushrooms around if you’re using them.
4th StepÂ
Olive oil should be drizzled over the contents of the packets. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top of the butter and serve. Seal the edges of the foil package securely to prevent the juices from leaking out.
