Annonce:
Prepare a grill for medium-high heat if cooking outside. Indoors, set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Heavy-duty aluminum foil should be cut into four pieces of approximately 12 by 18 inches each. Spread out the foil sheets in a single layer.
2nd Step
Put some sliced potatoes in the middle of each piece of foil, then sprinkle some sliced steak on top of the potatoes.
3rd Step
Spread some sliced onions over the meat. The contents of each package should be seasoned with minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Spread the sliced bell peppers or mushrooms around if you’re using them.
4th Step
Olive oil should be drizzled over the contents of the packets. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top of the butter and serve. Seal the edges of the foil package securely to prevent the juices from leaking out.
5th Step
The foil packages should be positioned immediately on the grill grate. Steaks cooked to a medium temperature need to be cooked for around 15 minutes, with one turn halfway through. Grill temperatures and steak thickness may affect cooking times.
6th Step
In the oven, arrange the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
7th Step
Avoid getting burned by the steam as you carefully remove the foil. Place the contents on individual serving plates. Serve the Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets with a side salad, crusty bread, or your favorite sauce.
