Once the brownies have cooled a bit but are still warm, pour the chocolate filling evenly over the top. Spread the frosting to the sides with a spoon to make sure it’s even.

Let the brownies cool all the way down in the pan. This will give the frosting a chance to harden. Once the brownies have cooled completely and the filling has hardened, you can cut them into squares or triangles, whichever you like best.
