PREPARATION:
1st Step
Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and black pepper in a small basin. Set aside the marinade.
2nd Step
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced pork and sauté, dividing it up with a spatula, until it is evenly browned and cooked through. Whenever necessary, excess fat should be eliminated.
3rd Step
Incorporate the chopped onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger into the pan. Sauté for two to three minutes until aromatic and translucent.
4th Step
Toss in the cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper slices. Stir-fry the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes, until they begin to soften but still retain their crispness.
I call this one ‘Dinner in Paris’ because every bite feels like a first-class ticket to France!
