Components:
Smooth Peanut Butter (Creamy variety recommended).
Confectioners’ Sugar.
Butter or Margarine.
Optional: Vanilla Extract.
Directions:
Step 1
First, with aluminum foil, line a 13 x 9-inch pan and, apply a coating of non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
Then, mix sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan. Heat until boiling, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Afterward, thoroughly incorporate the peanut butter into the mixture until it’s well blended. Then, add the marshmallow creme and vanilla, and beat until thoroughly blended.
Step 4
Spread this mixture in the prepared pan, allowing it to cool. Once cooled, cut it into candy-sized pieces.
