4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced.
1 medium onion, finely chopped.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
1 Cup.Of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn).
1 (10.75 oz) can.Of cream of mushroom soup.
1/2 Cup.Of milk.
1 Cup.Of shredded cheddar cheese.
2 large spoon.Of butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish.
