Instructions:
Prepare the Cabbage: Cut the cabbage in half and remove the core. Lay each half flat on the cutting board and thinly slice the cabbage into strips. You can also chop it into bite-sized pieces if you prefer.
Heat the Pan: Place a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter and/or olive oil and let it melt. You can use just one or a combination of both for flavor.
