- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- icing:
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons orange juice
