THE INGREDIENTS LIST:
– 1 Lb.Of ground beef (preferably lean).
– 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced.
– 1 sliced onion.
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
– 2 Tbsp.Of olive oil.
– 1 Tsp.Of cumin powder.
– 1 Tsp.Of paprika.
– 1/2 Tsp.Of chili powder (you can adjust to taste).
– 1/2 Tsp.Of dried oregano.
– Salt and black pepper to taste.
– Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped fresh cilantro, sour cream…
