First marinate the pepper cubes in a vinaigrette made from vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and salad herbs for about 30-45 minutes. Then add the cheese and the cooked ham, add the cream and, if you like, season with paprika powder. Mix the salad well and let it sit for half an hour.
Tip: Only use hard cheese as cheese, otherwise the cheese pieces will dissolve. Depending on your taste, change the vinaigrette, perhaps more vinegar, less oil, perhaps also a teaspoon of mustard.
