2 lbs of russet potatoes peeled,
1 med onion peeled,
1/2 cup matzah meal (sub cornmeal) ,
2 vegan egg replacers (equal to 6tbl),
juice of one lemon,
1/2 tsp fresh pepper,
kosher salt, canola oil (sub peanut oil)
