1 ½ teaspoons cream of tartar
4 cups cherries, fresh or thawed if frozen
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2/3 cup sugar
Juice of ½ lemon
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
