Homemade baking soda pills: the “recipe”
To prepare these DIY pills you will need: 240 grams of baking soda, around fifty drops of an essential oil of your choice, 120 milliliters of lemon juice and a little water.
You will also need non-stick silicone molds, a spoon, a large enough container and a spray bottle.
Do it this way
Pour the lemon juice and baking soda into a container, then add the essential oil and mix well. If the solution is too thick, you can dilute it with two tablespoons of water.
After reaching the appropriate density, pour the mixture into the molds and let them “dry” for at least a full day.
Once dry, your “pills” (the actual shape will of course depend on the mold) can be stored in an airtight container. However, you will not be able to use them immediately: it will be wise to wait at least a few days before using them “in the field” or in the bathroom.
As for the terms of use, they are the same as commercial tablets.
