Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, whisked eggs, and melted butter. Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Note that the dough will be thick.
Using a medium-sized cookie scoop or a heaping tablespoon, scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake the cookies for 7-8 minutes, or until they are lightly golden brown. Once baked, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool on the cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Repeat this process until all of the dough is used up.
While the cookies are cooling, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the butter, granulated sugar, water, and vanilla extract. Cook over medium-low heat until the sugar is fully dissolved, stirring constantly with a whisk. This should take about 4 minutes.
Once the glaze is ready, spoon a teaspoon of it over each cookie, spreading it out evenly if necessary.
Allow the glaze to set, then sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
