Even so, she insisted that her husband’s affair happened before she started dating Crowe and caused her much pain. Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid were a fairytale pair when they first married. However, the marriage was annulled eight years later, and they parted ways. In an interview, Ryan discussed how her partner’s infidelity had affected her. When Ryan stated that Russell was not to blame for their breakup, Quaid countered her remarks with his own. He said it was “unbelievable” that she maintained rewriting their relationship publicly.

In contrast to Ryan’s claim that the marriage was “unhealthy,” Quaid claimed they still loved each other and had pleasant memories of their 13-year marriage. Despite their divorce, they remain publicly supportive of one another and have subsequently welcomed their son Jack into the performing industry. The young actor has been in movies such as The Hunger Games. Meg Ryan has been in the entertainment industry for decades, appearing in films such as When Harry Met Sally.
