200 g crab meat (fresh or frozen)
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
200 ml cream
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: grated Parmesan for serving
