Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or spoon approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, tilting the pan in a circular motion for even coating.
Cook for about 2 minutes or until the bottom attains a light brown hue. Gently loosen with a spatula, flip, and cook the other side. Serve promptly.
