1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar, mixing until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the blondies to cool in the pan before cutting into bars.
Variations & Tips
For an extra indulgent twist, you can drizzle caramel sauce on top of the blondies before baking. You could also substitute dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor or add a handful of chopped nuts for some crunch. If you’re looking to make it more festive, try adding a handful of holiday-themed sprinkles to the batter before baking.
