Key Lime Pie Lush

– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
– 1/2 cup key lime juice
– 1 tablespoon key lime zest
– 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
– 1 3/4 cups cold milk
– Additional lime zest for garnish
