Instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat on the stove.
Add the shrimp to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry on both sides until burnt and cooked through. Removing From heat also set apart.
Minimize heat to medium, & adding butter also garlic to the skillet. Frying until butter melts.
Stirring white cooking wine in a skillet & simmer until the liquid is reduced by half.
Whisk heavy whipping cream in the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Mix the Parmesan cheese with the sauce and add the shrimp to the skillet, stirring well.
