Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef and turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off excess fat.
Add onion and garlic and cook until soft. Stir in broth, thyme, sage, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until mixture thickens. Add breadcrumbs if needed.
Roll out a pie crust and place in a pie dish. Fill with the meat mixture.
Top with the second pie crust, sealing the edges and cutting slits to vent.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
