Method of Preparation:
Preparation of the base: Blend the biscuits to obtain a fine powder. Mix the latter with the melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preparation of the cheese: Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth. Incorporate the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
Integration of the flavors: Add the heavy cream, the lime zest and the passion fruit pulp. Mix well.
Cooking: Pour the preparation over the biscuit base and bake at 150°C for 45 to 50 minutes.
