METHOD
Mix all the ingredients for the white cream and bring to the boil.
Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate cream and bring to the boil.
Add vanilla to milk.
Put half of the white cream in the mould. Place the cookies soaked in milk on top.
Then add half of the chocolate cream and cover with a layer of cookies. Divide the remaining white cream and chocolate. Keep in the fridge for 4 hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with strawberries.
