1. First preheat the oven to 190°C and grease the springform pan with a little butter.
2. Now mix the butter with the vanilla sugar, the sugar and a pinch of salt until you get a frothy mixture. Then gradually add the eggs. Add the flour, the baking powder and the vanilla pudding, mix well and gradually add the milk.
2. Wash, peel, core and cut the apples into pieces as you like. Place the apple pieces in the dough with a spatula. 3. Finally, place the apple pieces on the baking sheet and bake them for 40-50 minutes on the middle rack. Quick and delicious!
It’s called poor man’s stew, but I feel so rich eating it!
