USES
Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large bowl over medium-high heat. The dumpling will cook, covered, until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Grate garlic and season with salt and pepper after each use. Under normal circumstances, rinse one side for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, pour to the other side until you hear “JUST” it will turn a pinkish shade.
Add remaining butter, lemon flavoring and water. Cook, stirring, until butter is melted and garlic is cooked through (do not overcook). Remove from heat. Remove and add more lemon flavoring, salt or pepper to your favorite dish.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with wine or nuts.
