100 g of 51% dark chocolate
30 g of 70% dark chocolate
500 g of whole milk
20 g of sugar
25 g of cornstarch

1 tablespoon of icing sugar

Preparation Steps
1. Prepare the Chocolate Cream
In a saucepan, pour the milk and sugar, then heat over medium heat. Add the cornstarch and whisk vigorously to avoid lumps. Incorporate the dark chocolates (51% and 70%) in pieces, while stirring constantly until the preparation thickens. Remove from the heat, pour into 6 medium glasses and leave to cool. Reserve in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
