Fry the mushrooms in a pan with a little butter until golden brown.
Lightly butter the slices of sandwich bread on one side.
On the other side, spread a little crème fraîche, then add the mushrooms, spinach and goat cheese rounds.
Close and grill until the goat cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
