Base: mix the flour with the butter, salt and egg. Form a smooth dough and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough and bake it with the dried legumes at 200° for 15 minutes.
Filling: beat the eggs with salt, pepper and milk. Brown the onion in a pan with the butter, zucchini and ham.
Assemble the cake and bake in the oven at 400°F/200° for 30 minutes.
