200 grams of mushrooms, sliced

For the Mashed Potatoes:
~6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
Water, for boiling
Salt, to taste
~200 grams of Suluguni cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
Butter, to taste
Warm milk, to taste
Some parsley, chopped (for garnish)
