Spoon a small amount of the cheesecake mixture into the center of each Oreo and replace the top, gently pressing the edges to seal in the cheesecake filling.
Step 3: Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. The batter should be thick enough to coat the Oreos, but if it’s too thick, you can add a little more milk.
