Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Filling
In a large bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently to combine, ensuring the lobster stays in chunky pieces.
Cover and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to let the flavors meld.
2️⃣ Prepare the Slider Buns
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the slider buns in half.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
Brush the tops of the slider buns with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the buns on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
3️⃣ Assemble the Sliders
Remove the buns from the oven.
Spoon a generous amount of the lobster filling onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
Place the top half of the bun on each slider.
