1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Unroll the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
4. Add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture to the center of each square, then sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
5. Fold each square into a triangle, pressing the edges with a fork to seal them.
6. In a small bowl, whisk the egg with water and brush over the turnovers.
7. Place turnovers on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Let them cool slightly, then garnish with mini chocolate chips.
