1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
