Ingredients
1 large lavash bread (or thin flatbread)
150g (5 oz) herring fillets, diced (marinated or smoked)
2 medium-sized boiled potatoes, grated
1 medium carrot, boiled and grated
2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely diced
3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
