How to Prepare Cheesy Texas Toast
Heat the oven to 400°F (205°C) before using.
Put the bread slices on a baking tray.
In a little bowl, combine melted butter with chopped garlic (if desired).
Spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the bread slices.
Put an equal amount of shredded cheese on each slice.
Cook in the oven that has been heated beforehand for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
Serve the food hot.
