For the Batter:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
For Frying:
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Drizzle:
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (optional for extra decadence)
