Instructions:

2. Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
3. Cream the Butter and Sugar:
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
