For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberry puree (blended strawberries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 10 Oreo cookies (chopped)
For the Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 5 fresh strawberries (sliced for garnish)
- 4 Oreo cookies (crumbled for garnish)
