Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed shortbread cookies or vanilla wafer crumbs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam or preserves
- 1 sheet of thinly rolled vanilla cake (or crepe alternative)
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)
- 1 tbsp crushed graham crackers (for garnish)
