70 grams flour
For the Vegetable Mixture:
1 onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 red pepper, finely diced
A bunch of dill and parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
50 grams butter
For the Puff Pastry:
450 grams puff pastry, yeast-free (thawed if frozen)
100 grams cheese, shredded (cheddar or a similar type)
For the Bacon Layer:
150 grams bacon, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
50 grams butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
200 ml water
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon dried dill
For the Cheese Topping:
100 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
