- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll Out Puff Pastry: Lightly flour a surface and roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet.
- Fill and Fold: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the center of the pastry. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
