Ingredients
125g butter
250g white chocolate
1 tablespoon Milk
150g Fresh cream
2cl lemon juice
Preparation
Break the white chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie with a spoonful of milk. As soon as it is melted, remove it from the heat and add the soft butter and the lemon juice. Mix well.
Whip the cream and add it to the chocolate, continuing to whip for 1 minute.
Place this preparation in the fridge to firm up.
Take small balls from the dough with a spoon. Roll them in the palm of your hands to give them a round shape and put them in the fridge.
Love making a huge batch of this and freezing for later! Quick and easy meal!
