
Ingredients
6 cubed steaks (can sub based on notes above)
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
½ can of water
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
1. Place the cube steaks in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Layer the onion rings over the cube steaks.
3. In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, water, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Pour the soup mixture over the cube steaks and onions in the slow cooker.
5. Cover the slow cooker with its lid.
6. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or until the cube steaks are tender.
Once cooked, serve the cube steaks with the flavorful sauce from the crock pot.
