Ingredients:
Water: 500 ml
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Flour: 900 g
Melted butter: 200 g
Onions: 3, finely chopped
Ground meat: 400 g (choice of beef, pork or a mixture)
Salt and spices: to taste
Balcarce pepper (or any other sweet pepper): 1, finely chopped
Tomato: 1, chopped
Mold diameter: 27 cm
Instructions:
I take herring, lavash and prepare an incredibly tasty roll for just a few cents! The first thing that will fly on the holiday table (tasty and simple)
My mom loved this dessert so much, I had to hide the pan from her to keep her from having a third slice!
